      They don't care, no progress.

      Pros

      -Pay -was easy to get the job(I was recruited) -benefits nothing special but you get med, 401k and so fourth.

      Cons

      -Managers could care less about workers, to them you are children. -you will be fired if you are not liked by others, above board but targeted with intent. -overtime can become mandatory for months at a time 6 days a week 10h/d. -day-shift and night-shift do not see eye to eye leaving managers and worse workers in a bad position of constant war. -favorites will be promoted, online game-playing with management is a requirement to get ahead in this company, not qualifications.

      Pros

      Clean office, work spaces and meeting rooms.

      Cons

      Many of the managers are extremely snobby and too concerned over minimal budgets. Yet, paying for excessive lunches and meals on a regular basis is more important than keeping employees happy.

      Relaxed Work environment, above average pay, low expectations

      Cons

      Many Senior managers were promoted from within although lacking strong management skills and global technology trends. This leads to ineffective management practices and inadequate expectations among teams. Communication issues between departments also leads to challenges with customer service.
