      - Higher Job security and flexible work hours (can work even nights) - Work freedom and independence (we can easily say NO) - Organisation is really concern about employees well-being - Educational funds and encourage their employees to make new innovations - Really good company for stable and work - Good work-life balance and organisation is encouraging work-life balance - Provide lunch buffet everyday and we can claim for dinner as well

      - Low salaries when compared to other companies - Slow career prospects due to complex organisational structure - Work politics and poor management - Not adapting to latest technologies (encouraging people to stay with older technologies due to stability of older technologies) - Different work cultures in different teams - Heavily process oriented and less interesting projects
