Pros

Since Zebra acquired Motorola Solutions solutions enterprise business, they are investing in other technologies increasing their protfolio.

Cons

They could offer better benefits to all employees. As it is a "new company" there is no culture.

It's very exciting to see all of our employees, innovation and teamwork come to live in our products. We understand that our employees are the key to our success and to that end, we pay competitively and work hard to deliver benefits packages that our employees can be excited about. Additionally, we are very excited about the work we've done to support the integration. Our culture workshops have received positive reviews across the globe.

We appreciate that you took the time to leave a review. Good to hear that you enjoy our innovative products, we're keen on them too. Having a such a broad and deep portfolio of products often requires us to coordinate internally on how to best engage with and deliver solutions to our clients. We understand that this is a change from some of our legacy businesses, but if a little extra coordination and timing is necessary to do what's right for our customers, we'll make sure that happens.

retaining talent

Pros

Working your own hours is great, and working from home is possible, but you may find yourself working at all times of the day and night and weekend.

Cons

Zebra seem to be shooting themselves in the foot by not making efforts to retain essential/key staff. Company waste hundreds of thousands of dollars in some areas but ignores talent.
