9yThanks for the feedback and candor, its much appreciated. We have worked hard to ensure we offer the right rewards, work environment and many other accommodations to our employees. Executing a large acquisition as we did with Motorola is a massive undertaking. Implementing and phasing out systems can take up to or more than 3 years in some cases. We're proud to say we've hit all of our systems integration targets to date.
