Pros

Excellent team, people. Quite good salary.

Cons

Management is not responsive to your feedback which you deliver from the market. They just don't hear anything you point out which need to be improved.

Pros

Good work exposure and technology. Culture gives time for employees to pick up and excel. Pay is decent. Innovation focus gives opportunity for employees to improve their skills. Top management in USA office great. Some excellent technical minds in head office in USA. Steady customer base and long term product work.

Cons

Rife with bad office politics and nepotism. Part of office building is old and in very bad shape. Self-praise and self marketing drives peoples progress here in BLR. New customer acquisition growth is slow. Most management folks maintain a glass ceiling between themselves and engineers. Very less churn in management level. Not a great environment for millennials.

Pros

Legacy management is great Decent pay levels; legacy management very flexible and loyal to employees, fairly strong promote from within when available, though people tend to stay so long that positions don't open frequently

Cons

Acquisition has brought silos and a terrible inherited culture from Motorola Bonus levels are below industry and job title levels No support for education
