Zebra's strategic vision is centered on Enterprise Asset Intelligence (EAI) solutions that give our customers real-time visibility into their operations so they can make smarter decisions. After careful consideration, we determined that the WLAN business is not aligned with our core EAI strategy. We believe the WLAN business would be better positioned with a company with a more direct focus on networking. Zebra continues to sharpen our strategic focus around hardware, software and services that provide our customers and partners with operational visibility.
