Still struggling with acquisition of Motorola Solutions

Pros

Lets of hard work to bring the two companies together. A for effort, but C for execution. They don't act like a single company with a common vision. Rather they are so process focused and consultant focused they think that will solve their identity and vision. A few good leaders, but few standouts.

Cons

Not a warm and fuzzy team. Focusing too often on internal metrics that do not matter, think that it will magically improve the EPS.

Pros

Too many staff are friends w/ the management &"protect" each other - they come to work drunk and on coke and they are mean when not high. Holtsville NY office is full of addicts - even the delivery people are involved -

Cons

clean up your act and stop protecting old time employees who are HIGH and MEAN to new staff who are not involved in their drug clicks

Come to the office and get paid without doing much work.

Cons

Management doesn't really care about their employees and all they care about are metrics and cost savings.

Though performance metrics and cost savings are definitely important to Zebra, I can assure you those aren’t the only things concerning our leaders. Managing and caring for our employees is a basic expectation of our management teams.
