      Pros

      Freedom to perform your job and make your own path for career mobility. Flexible schedules with remote working opportunities at manager's discretion.

      Cons

      Since the acquisition of Motorola Enterprise Solutions the company has become more bureaucratic and process laden. Strategy is good, but not well executed. Many factions within the company do similar things to build empires.

      Strong, competent leadership, competitive salaries, good benefits, excellent teamwork across the organization, innovative, good company culture

      Cons

      While Zebra is great at running their larger and more established printer side of the business, they are not as proficient with running smaller and less mature acquired companies that require a different plan for growth.
