Pros

Opportunity to meet really talented and cool people Get to learn new stuff and work alongside brilliant engineers

Cons

Sometime around 2014-2015, the place really went bad. A lot of engineers just left and management just got to a point where it was frustrating. Managers were the worst, constant blame game, ready to take credit. Concept of anonymous complaints was not very well understood, and you will be straight up called to defend the complaint. It got to a point where I felt it just wasn't worth my time and I left

- Good environment. - Opportunity to have occasional travels (especially in US) - Opportunity to develop skills in different branches

Cons

- Career path not really clear and it's difficult to get a career progress or a salary rise. - The structure has a very vertical hierarchy, so it's difficult to have visibility if you are in a low level.
