This company has been amazing. I remember my first team meeting where our head of our department said "If your a absolute rockstar thats a pro at your job but you are terrible human being then you aren't gonna last long. If your not up to rockstar level but you are an exceptional person to your coworkers and customers then we will build you to be a rockstar". I've never seen or heard of a company that is this well shaped. It wasn't just a speech either because I've worked with these guys for quite sometime now and they are honestly too good to be true. I wouldn't of believed it unless I accepted the job that Matt Snyder talked me into. Best recruiter a company could hope for.

Zeigler allows you to grow so much as a person, with constant training available. Not only that, there is plenty of opportunity within the auto group! I started at the auto group in 2019 detailing cars, and here I am 3 years later selling them! When you work at Zeigler, you are surrounded by people that want you to win, so you feel great coming to work everyday, which you can’t say about many employers. Some examples that make this company different from others include guest speakers, free lunches, and Christmas parties.
