Pros
Zeigler invests in their employees and WANT to see you move towards success. I worked my way up from a BDC Agent to a Business Development Director. They take care of their employees with team building, guest speakers, and many opportunities for growth. The leadership team is excellent at giving each dealership the space to do what they need to to get the job done. They maintain a perfect balance of freedom and discipline to ensure that our dealerships are the best in the area. Customer service is #1 and Zeigler's Motto is that happy employees make happy customers. I have been here for 10 years and counting and could not imagine leaving.
Cons
The ONLY Con is at our store in particular and that is that it is hard to find employee parking!
