Pros
This is a company that truly values their employees and treats them like family. Zeigler auto group focus on building and supporting their staff to help them grow professionally and personally. With a wealth of support tools and world class training, this is by far one of the top Auto Groups in the Nation. Also Management roles to be filled are vetted from within the company, so there is a great opportunity to move up in this growing billions dollar company.
Cons
Some of the downsides would be the general longer hours one would typically work in the car the business, Although some of the stores have shorter work hours or close earlier some days of the week.
