Hours are long and time off is rare

Idk where to start. Demeaning sales managers. Sales meetings where it’s basically a fight for the last word for every manager that goes on forever about nonsense. When I say nonsense, sales guys literally make fun of them for going on and on. Management is a joke. Demeaning political environment that doesn’t stop at the door. Minimal sales commissions. There is no incentive to give it your all. Disparity is rampant throughout the entire company.
