      Pros

      Easy work, requires little effort. The people are usually pretty great and it's easy to learn other parts of the business while working there.

      Cons

      Expectations are high for the pay rate, very little organization, upper management is lazy and doesn't fix problems as they arise, everything is outdated, the hours are unnecessarily odd, and they don't care about what you bring to the table.
