Pros

Family business that has grown exponentially in the past 10 years, very forward thinking and a vast amount of inventory to work with. It is a competitive environment but if you work hard you will be successful. They allow you to be yourself and are there if you need help. Overall a positive experience thus far and the company continues to grow which makes for an exciting future.

Cons

As with most retail jobs the hours can be long but managers will work with you if you need to leave or take a day off for family.

There is a forced narrative of a great culture. Doesn't take long to figure out there's a lot of unhappy employees.

Cons

Fast to hire and no training Benefits were expensive 401k on Day 1- you contribute but they don't match Gossips, cliques, good ol' boy system
