They always look to promote from within and they have been aggressively growing over the past 7 years. They also have a very extensive training and development program including bringing in big name speakers on a regular basis. The culture at the Zeigler auto group is the best I've ever seen. They really care about their employees.

They expect you to perform.

Zeigler has had incredible growth over the years and provides great training opportunities including Zeigler University where they bring in high level speakers from across the world!

Cons

All employees are challenged to reach their potential which can be intimidating for some that can't fit this culture of continuous improvement.
