Some good people but only one not in the click

Cons

The nepotism is out of control.. if your not in the click you are picked on and berated.. the gm wants you working 6 days a week 12 hours a day. If you don't you feel you'll be reprimanded. . Horrible situation..

Very structured company. There PRIDE statement is what they implement every time, everyday! There willing to coach and train there employees are impeccable. Mr. Aaron Zeigler is one of the most professional owners I ever worked for. I am so happy I joined a GREAT auto group. I have been in the business for 26 years, I worked for family owned and corporate dealerships and Zeigler hands down the best company I ever worked for.

Cons

Like every place ,there insurance packages can be a little more discounted for there employees.
