management is clueless, doesn't care about work-life balance, didn't give proper raises or promotions. threatens staff for compliance, and disrespectful, sexual, and verbal harassment. Every week the rules or expectations would change. AICs would know less than the budtenders. Meetings would sometimes be them literally yelling at us and being condescending...people would cry. Doesn't care about your health. fired 8 employees including 2 managers for "workplace redundancy" the staff environment feels like a high school dynamic....instead of chill stoners.
