Fun coworkers and atmosphere. You want to work there long enough to get a somewhat decent schedule.

Cons

NEPITISM. Experience and qualification did not matter unless the managers were your friend. Blatant disrespect for the position you are in if not management. Ran by children who have never been in charge of themselves. I stayed the longest at my location (being 1.5 years) and watched as everyone I started with either quit or got fired.

Cons

Management. No one has experience in management, yet they are put in charge of a multimillion dollar business. Doesn't make sense. Management calling staff unprofessional and derogatory names.
