Pros

Samples of weed. Once in a while, that you still have to pay for. Find new people to smoke with.

Cons

Everything, the management cares so little about the staff they are willing to restaff every quarter. The needs of the workers are not heard by both Union and management. Nothing about an opportunity there is helpful unless you want to make smoking buddies

nice environment and location and customers

Cons

management is clueless, doesn't care about work-life balance, didn't give proper raises or promotions. threatens staff for compliance, and disrespectful, sexual, and verbal harassment. Every week the rules or expectations would change. AICs would know less than the budtenders. Meetings would sometimes be them literally yelling at us and being condescending...people would cry. Doesn't care about your health. fired 8 employees including 2 managers for "workplace redundancy" the staff environment feels like a high school dynamic....instead of chill stoners.
