Pros

They work with your schedule most of the time. You get tips. Met some great people.

Cons

Unprofessional managers and leads that would talk aloud about other employees. Staff splitting. Sometimes you’ll have no clue where managers are and you’ll be the only one budtending. Always short staffed. Obvious Favoritism…doesn’t matter how much more suited you are for the position.

Pros

You get some medical benefits after 2 months and can make tips

Cons

Your schedule is almost guaranteed to change without being consulted, and if you say something, you slowly get iced out and will never hear back from HR. Management does not stand up for their employees and never bans problematic customers

Pros

If you hustle and work hard you will make good money in tips. The hourly wage on top of the money you make every night in tips (IF YOU AREN'T LAZY) evens out to over 28 per hour. Definitely a fast paced environment but still a great place to work.

Cons

Very childish environment, even the older people. Unfortunately, the lazy people complain so much they make the job hard some days for the people who take it seriously. They disrupt the day-to-day normality you've created by complaining about having to do stuff (cover reception, certain end of shift duties, etc.) that someone who is a leader in sales should not have to do. I hate to sound so harsh but the people who complain and don't work hard and expect to be treated like they do, unfortunately make the job annoying some days. Some people only work there for the discount and "Sample Bags" that we were told we get every two weeks but it's really more like every two months. I'm not sure what to tell a customer what the experience was like with a product when I've never tried it. I also think it is terrible I have to split 40% of my tips with the people I just described. You'll work all day, take 85+ people and have to share your hard earned money that people give to YOU for YOUR service, YOUR knowledge and YOUR time, with people who take 5+ breaks a day, barely saw 45 people and you worked the same amount of hours.
