There's still a lot of great people at Zendesk in rank and file - kind, brilliant, funny, grounded. It's relatively easy to take PTO compared to other tech companies right now.

Cons

This is owned by private equity now, and finance decisions regarding debt payments and paying out management fees now drive most decisions.
