- Incredible internal development team - Highly passionate colleagues - Good Work/Life Balance - Fulfilling Work

Cons

Working under Microsoft has gone from good to bad very quickly. It's clear Microsoft/Xbox no longer wants to make exciting new game experiences; instead prioritizing profit over innovation. The pros I wrote may no longer be true, with the new direction Microsoft wants to take the company.
