Pros

The community is fantastic. I abosolutely love the people I work with. They are supportive and love to help when needed. Work from home, in office, or hybrid are all available options to the worker. Working from home is really convenient. The schedule is flexible, and as long as I make my meetings and get my work done in a timely manner, I can mostly choose when I work. We get a good amount of PTO, and the benefits are rather nice.

Cons

The pay could be better for my position, but it is not bad. I think that the pros really take away from this con. It would take a SUBSTANTIAL pay raise to convince me to leave.
