      My immediate management gets it. Space filler there is nothing else nice about this company. I got paid on time I guess that counts

      No one else does, upper management gives nothing but excuses, no understanding of the industry at all. No training, just finger pointing, just a waste of work years, expectations are high for the info the give you

      Pros

      Flexible working schedule. Meaning start and end times are usually flexible as long as the work gets done. Several hard working, honest co-workers or Mgmt. If lucky enough to work with them it makes for better working conditions.

      Cons

      Salary is not commensurate with job duties and expectations. Rarely is 8 hours enough time to get all work done. Too many varying platforms to work from for eligibility, claims and payroll. Little to no formal training. Basically everything is OJT.

      Managment at the SF CA location are horrible and lacking any kind of personal touch to their employees... Horrible training practices
