      My immediate boss. She's very knowledgeable and supportive but unfortunately that's where it ends as she too is not given support by those above her

      *Too many accounts given to one person to manage-especially high profile accounts *No real leadership *HR sugar coats everything - even the turn over *CEO says pay & benefits are comparable to industry standards but that is not true! *ELT members who are responsible for claims and the process have zero understanding of life cycle *Direction from ELT is changing from day to day with no time allowed to see original direction through to finish

      Pros

      The location is in downtown San Francisco. The benefit is normal like the other companies.

      Cons

      The worst management I've ever had. The union representatives never protect for the members although the union fee was collected every paycheck. The management doesn't manage the employees properly. The worst thing is the management doesn't understand the job function and doesn't know how to handle and resolve the job problems.

      Pros

      Great group of co workers, can learn a lot . If you want to work from home the IT department is a good place for that. The developers never show up at the work place

      Cons

      Too much work for a day's pay. Never ending stress. They expect everyone to multi task. I would not recommend this place unless you really need a job
