Pros
Hard to identify any pros for the company, but at least management is so terrible it gives everyone a common enemy. It’s good for camaraderie but not much else.
Cons
Every possible negative there could be is applicable to working at Zenith in the SF office. There are dozens of reviews of this office (spanning YEARS) complaining about horrible management and leadership. It’s still the case. If you look at the review from April 2021 from the “Director of Operations”, you’ll see exactly why the culture hasn’t changed. That Director has been the subject of each poor review and has refused to change anything. Pretty much the only positive review for this office comes directly from the reason why all of the other reviews are so negative; just another example of how the office leadership is just pathetic. Rather than actually changing behavior and making a good work environment let’s give ourselves a pat on the back in the ratings AND the description. They literally thank THEMSELVES for creating a culture that “respects and values it’s people” (yes, it was the wrong form of “its” in their review, so I kept that mistake here). So everyone else says management is disrespectful, toxic, and invalidating, but that’s okay because the manager is respectful to… themself?? Honestly even Michael Scott from the office was a better manager, he was offensive and terrible at his job but at least he was funny and was good at sales. Management here is abusive, incompetent, and toxic, and they don’t even have the decency to do it in an entertaining way. The only good thing that has come out of working for these people is that I’m a lot better at spotting gaslighting, lovebombing, and blame displacement. But also a lot of that ability comes from talking about this place and these people in therapy, so my therapist technically deserves more of the recognition there. Oh also the benefits are mid, but you WILL need therapy if you work here so go ahead and find someone in network bc you’ll need at least a weekly appointment.
