      Good coworkers with good work ethic

      Cons

      Poor morale, disorganization and there is no leadership. No servant leadership or knowledge from the manager. Public shaming, micromanagement and talking in a condescending tone to all employees is rampant. Terrible pay for a heavy work load and hostile environment.
