      None. I could not think of any.

      Cons

      You think you're interviewing with the manager, but you don't know that you have to go through everyone else in the office. They will determine if they like you within the probation period. Its a joke. No training. learn as you go. Managers and associates bad mouth each other. Far from professional! Run! Don't waste your time.

      Must know ins and outs of position right away, expectations very high for knowing their processing program which is very complicated, very quickly.
