No training, no support from supervisor. People there are over worked and miserable . Supervisor is there 5 hours a day, when she’s in the office . Most of the time she works from home. She dues not know how to speak to her employees and thinks being direct is the same as being extremely rude. Her idea of training is look at last month and do the same.
