      Pros

      Co-workers were great to work with Work/Life balance was pretty good

      Cons

      Management was non-existent. Went months with out even seeing the Department Head. Air of unprofessionalism throughout the office sparked by management. Laid back is one thing but this was to the extreme. Compensation was very poor. More than half the job was essentially performing call center duties while still having to calculate and pay out numerous pensions.
