ABSOLUTELY ZERO.... Only gave them a 1 star because ZERO was not an option. RUN away from any job postings from this company. After trying for 6 months I just gave up knowing it would not get any better. Happiest day was the day I left...
Cons
Remote computer - IGEL was beyond slow. IT kept blaming my internet connection but my other 2 computers at home work perfectly fine. Management - Without providing direction they would rather blame than teach. Co-workers are the only thing you can rely on to help you with problems but they are swamped with work so you get the sense you are bothering them. Computer - resets each night and for some reason deletes work. Folders - needed access to half the companies folders which IT never provided. Management never gave me access to the bank accounts I needed to perform my job properly after numerous requests still no access.
