Friendly people, opportunities for growth, and stability in work. Generally positive environment.

Cons

Training is not a strong suit. Some people do not appear to know what they are doing, and no solid training is in place for new hires to assist in training and retaining. It's a fast-moving environment, and workers have a lot on their plates. It can feel a little disorganized at times. Lastly, low pay in the Bay Area.

If you are a reasonably good worker, you will be given a tremendous amount of work. But it won't mean much come review/raise time.
