Pros

Competitive benefits and a family-minded company. I'm not the type to think I'd ever work in a corporate environment, but I have been pleasantly surprised with Zenith. Invested in people at the individual level and showcase personal accomplishments within and outside work.

Cons

I have not seen many efforts made toward LGBTQ inclusivity, but I have not met anyone vocally opposed to it either. About what you'd expect of a corporate workplace.
