      Medical benefits needs changing

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Good work hours. Lots of different postitions to explore.

      Cons

      The medical benefits are the worst. PTO only, vacation must be used as PTO.

      Pros

      Service industry employing quality employees who provide superior services. Recognition comes to those who work hard and quality work. Management is open to feedback both positive and negative.

      Cons

      Growth has stretched resources, which can be positive and negative. Consider relocating office as it's difficult to commute to and parking is expensive.
