      The respect. The group I work with in my current role are great. The teamwork and respect I get from my work is what brings me back each day.

      Met some great co- workers, but other than that nothing else.

      Cons

      Management, what a joke. A lot of preferential treatment. If you’re not in the crowd you won’t get anywhere. Management disappears for hours and hours with their chosen ones. A lot of back stabbing. Just not a good place to work. Very negative environment.
