      Pros

      People who know how to communicate now. A few left thats genuine. Alot of agitators are no longer with the company. They are not missed!

      Cons

      Stay away from people who cant comprehend simple instructions. Thats a horrible sign something is lacking with their education which is a personal problem the employees shouldnt have to deal with.

      Pros

      My manager and team are great. My pay is also good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Not enough resources. The workload is immense and they haven't figured out that they need to hire more personnel. Its still very political, I feel held back from communicating with other departments for work issues. Culture seems to be behind the curve.
