      Not A Good Company, Upper Management Needs to Be Aware

      Unionized with decent benefits First-level supervisors are readily available and helpful in dealing with upper management

      Cons

      Upper management power trip too much of a focus on production over the quality of work not much job growth doesn't really listen to employee complaints struggles to work with union leaders and representatives for a mutually beneficial contract high turnover rate

      Pros

      National company with the feel of a local benefit administration office , Great place to work , you get out what you put in, career opportunities If that is what you are looking for but there is also a place for those that like what they do , they do it well and do not want to make a move,Good salary competitive benefits.:personal days,11 paid holidays +PTO and that is not even talking about the staff' s benefits with additional sick days!! ... knowledgeable coworkers and friendly customers ( always A+ )
