      People in my office were great Good health insurance Better retirement benefits than most private sector employers

      Too many layers of management who take credit for work done by non-management. Management doesn't trust employees' knowledge and experience. Favoritism and overlooking serious violations of company policy by management. $25 grocery gift certificate for holidays that gets taxed on your paycheck No room for advancement
