Cons
Sales team has a tendency to overpromise putting staff in the servicing office in the difficult position of having to advise new client of misunderstanding Recruiting for open positions is a challenge because recruiter and local office are typically not in sync. Frequent turnover with recruiting team. Technology remains a little behind though has improved in recent years.
