Pros
Good people Onboarding is realistic, they don't have a formalized training but they ease you into your role and are very patient. Jeans on Friday. Work-life balance is good although I think certain positions are forced to take on more than others so I don't think this is true across the board.
Cons
It seems like communication between managers and the higher ups is strained. At times there were honest questions that shouldn't have been an issue that the manager did not feel they could bring to their bosses. The office space is depressing and run down even though the building it is in is pretty nice. Pay is average - not high but not low. The software is outdated and not user friendly that I think it created my job. If the software was better designed and easier to use I don't think a full-time data entry person would be necessary or at least their role would be different.
