      Not enough hours in the day...

      Pros

      Flexible working schedule. Meaning start and end times are usually flexible as long as the work gets done. Several hard working, honest co-workers or Mgmt. If lucky enough to work with them it makes for better working conditions.

      Cons

      Salary is not commensurate with job duties and expectations. Rarely is 8 hours enough time to get all work done. Too many varying platforms to work from for eligibility, claims and payroll. Little to no formal training. Basically everything is OJT.

      Pros

      Normal work week is only 35 hours. Easy to get to from all highways.

      Cons

      Too many managers...not enough workers to get the job done. Complicated system changes and too many different systems....very difficult to get thru them all.

      Good tech people, friendly coworkers

      Cons

      Unorganized management, management didn't last and constantly changing, so with it came new ridiculous ideas that never stuck with employees.
