Very busy, with changes happening all the time. A lot of new business coming in. We have started taking on new business which has given a lot of opportunity to those who want it. I see progress and improvement, with management and work environment.

Cons

Recognition is over looked. Training is non-existing, you need to jump in and figure it out, which is not an effective way to learn .
