Lack of pay is a huge issue. Benefits are not the greatest. Training is something that needs to be focused upon.

Pros

I have been given good opportunities to grow my career. I feel that senior management listens. I am able to work remote but still feel very connected to leadership, my co-workers and employees. I like the value we place on providing good service to our customers.

Cons

We are struggling with some of the IT infrastructure but our new CIO is making changes and I think we are on the right path.
