      Pros

      Pay rate is above other similar jobs in the area. Union position, supervisors are great. Work hours are reasonable.

      Cons

      Benefit info for members needs to be more detailed l, hard to get help while on a call. Some employees seem to let their personal mood affect everyone around them. Raises are minimal and have to be approved via a union contract.
