      Small office - approximately 30 employees when office is fully staffed.

      Cons

      *Very poor management. Last manager was with the company 2 1/2 years but resigned in June after a very ineffective tenure as dept manager. * Very little interaction between management and on-floor staff. *No formal training in place for new-hires.
