Close to the city and there’s an M&S close by

- lack of diversity - proper training -hr do not care about staff but cares a lot about the company’s reputation not your wellbeing -micromanagement is off the chain but you are also expected to work independently but if you do work independently then you are met with contradictory expectations - expectations are not clear -managers who bully you and you feel obligated to do what they say because the economy and job market is bad
