Pros

It has been good working at Zensar for the last 6 years because – there are lots of growth opportunities learned from big projects and a few smaller ones recently got promoted after my appraisal. work-life balance has become much better in the past few open to suggestions and don’t put you down. zensar work culture is my favorite part

Cons

Earlier work life balance was an issue but its resolved with time.
