      1. Small company so more visbility 2. Good company if you know how to play and survive 3. Show offer letter and get a hike

      1. This is one company that takes pride is being very slow and steady 2. Sales team fails to get big projects and delivery team fails to deliver a big project 3. No Knowledge Management 4. Anti-Employee HR policies 5. Its a body shop company 6. You would find nepotism "favoritism" at every place in Zensar

      The employees and the management are better compared to companies of similar size. Does provide opportunities to competent employees Reaching out to the management is simple

      Cons

      The HR support function is non responsive . The management policies are poorly articulated leaving a lot to one's imagination & hence cause confusion when implemented.
