      Pros

      Too many challenges in taking new projects. Very Good Learning experience in working on multiple technologies and solutions. Freedom of managing the projects on your own without much interference from peers or Managers :)

      Cons

      All the process and policies are made around people, and too much of people centric measures than processes and policies. Manager's baby always wins and others whether they performed or not laid back. No transparency around the process around performance appraisal. A 2 up manager can always play around on the appraisal of any employee.

      + Best and Biggest Campus compared to the same size of company. + Good Managers to work along with + working hrs - 8 hrs, very flexible. Absentism can b easily managed if one has good repo with managers + very helping managers + If one wants to rest and have the best life balance, this is the company

      Cons

      + Unable to grab much projects. + hiring to attrition rate is very poor. + If you want to learn new things, you have to learn on your own, no help + You have to prove your capabilities. + Not at all good for freshers. + Ratio of younsters as software Engineers to othe comapnies is very less. Very marathi type crowd. + No on campus fun things, just a small volley ball court, and small room which have one TT table and one carom board,thats all. + very bad food quality, worst canteen , if you are food lover. + If you are a smoker, then you can rise in this comapny as every now and then managers go out for smoke. famous saying - " Big deals are finalised at the puf of smoke"
